Work-Life Services are web-based and telephonic services available as a complement to the EAP services. When a personal problem presents itself, an employee has unlimited access to the appropriate tools and resources. As a result, employees are empowered to make informed decisions about personal problems. By resolving these prevalent stressors in their lives, employees are able to return their focus to work, thus increasing productivity.

Web-Based Services - Locator databases, support articles, resource links and interactive tools are just an example of the on-line resources available. Resources are available for the following:

  • Family and Caregiving - managing the care and education of family members
  • Health and Wellness - supporting healthy lifestyles at home and work
  • Emotional Well-Being - supporting emotional and mental health
  • Working Smarter - improving efficiency and productivity in the workplace including training modules called Skill Builders
  • Daily Living - dealing with life's daily surprises including everything from pet sitters to plumbers
  • Assisted Search - identifying vacancies for childcare or eldercare through the help of Work-Life consultants
  • Spanish Version - web-based informational articles available in Spanish

Telephonic Services - Telephonic access is available to work-life consultants for personal support and referrals for the following:

  • Dependent Care Consultation - childcare and dependent care, education and adoption issues, Au Pair and nanny agencies, cancer care centers, hospices, disease management programs, Alzheimer's support, etc.
  • Convenience Consultation - pet sitters, apartment hunting, plumbers, mechanics, fitness centers, relocation support, etc.

Other Services - Web-based or telephonic services are also available for more unique services including the following:

  • Legal Services - quality attorney network, local referral services, discounts on legal services and on-line educational resources
  • Financial Services - debt management planning, bankruptcy prevention, credit report review, housing education and the advice of Certified Financial Planners
  • Nurseline - 24-hour telephonic access to Registered Nurses
  • Compliance Line - 24-hour telephonic answering, reporting and tracking of unethical concerns
  • Wellness Coaching - health coaches answer general wellness questions, develop wellness plans and provide preventive and complementary education
  • Nanny Find - locator of qualified, professional nannies
  • Personal Assistance - concierge team researches, arranges or purchases services pertaining to entertainment, travel, household, etc.
  • Family Assistance - daily telephonic check-in for latch key children, elders and dependent adults
  • Care Assistance - geriatric case management and facility review
