compared to our other EAP, McLaughlin Young is head
and shoulders above the rest. McLaughlin Young does
an outstanding job responding to Mergent's needs. There
have been times when I need immediate help dealing
with associate problems. Our account manager has been
super helpful in dealing with spontaneous situations
with associates that need professional assistance.
He is someone that I can trust to help out with situations
that require someone with a professional assistance
